BidFootball.co.uk terms and conditions agreement outlines all of your rights and obligations, and those of bidFootball.co.uk. To sign-up for membership of bidFootball.co.uk, which is free, is also the acceptance of the terms of this agreement and is to be followed every time you use the bidFootball.co.uk web site.

Signing up to membership of bidFootball.co.uk you are obliged to give correct personal details.

On registration bidFootball.co.uk will collect personal information including payment records in accordance of our privacy policy. The privacy policy of bidFootball.co.uk forms parts of this agreement and by agreeing to its terms and conditions bidFootball.co.uk will use your personal records in accordance to that policy. bidFootball.co.uk will not release our records to any other person(s) unless required by you or by any law enforcement or government authority.

Bidding and Buying on bidFootball.co.uk

As a buyer you have a legal obligation to complete a transaction with a seller when purchasing from any of bidFootball.co.uk services.

All bids placed are agreeable for the sale of an item. Only in exceptional circumstances can a bid be retracted when a seller changes a description of an item after placing a bid, when a seller has made a clear typographical error, or a seller identity cannot be authenticated.

Bidders and buyers must be legal to participate in any such transactions.

Listing items for sale on bidFootball.co.uk

All items listed in any verity (for example as an auction item or buy it now item) must have a relation to the subject of football and be listed into its most suited category.

Each item listed must have a description and when chosen picture that must be an accurate description of the item being sold. The member is liable for any errors. This is to include all branded items.

If you are selling items on bidFootball.co.uk you must ensure that you are within all laws to do so including all exporting laws.

Seller must ensure that both the description and terms of the sale of an item is as clear as possible to the bidder or buyer when listed. All descriptions, graphic, picture or relevant content rights of an item can be used by the seller and hosted within bidFootball.co.uk

All Dutch or multiple items must be identical.

Seller must not manipulate the price of any related or unrelated item to the user listed on bidFootball.co.uk

All sellers must be entitled to pass ownership of any item listed.

The seller is responsible for guaranteeing that the sale of any item isn’t breeching the rights or ownership of any other person, breeching any applicable law, or isn’t contained on the bidFootball.co.uk banned list of items.

All items and communication within the bidFootball.co.uk site may not be used to advertise or promote anything unless related to an item.

Fees

On placing an item onto the bidFootball.co.uk service the seller agrees to pay bidFootball.co.uk for that service. The fee in non-refundable or transferable and is inclusive of tax where applicable.

bidFootball.co.uk reserves the right to change any related fee at any time.

On acceptance of listing an item you therefore acknowledge that you have no rights of cancelling our service.

In the requirement to use a credit or debit card you must be either the card holder or have permission to use that card by its owner, and that efficient funds are in place to cover all charges incurred on it during any activities when using bidFootball.co.uk.

It is also your responsibility be legal when entering into any transaction on bidFootball.co.uk.

Members are encouraged to leave ratings on other members after the completion of all transactions. All rating must be fair and accurate and not misleading in any way.

All copyright, or other property relating to bidFootball.co.uk are owned by bidFootball.co.uk and that any member cannot use any rights of bidFootball.co.uk which includes this agreement.

bidFootball.co.uk is not to be related to an auctioneer, as it service is only a marketplace where its members can buy and sell items listed in the categories provided. Therefore bidFootball.co.uk is not involved in any transactions between buyers and sellers, and does not review any item in advance of its listing. bidFootball.co.uk is not responsible for item content or has no control over quality, legality, or safety of any items listed. It is the member’s responsibility to enter into a transaction truthfully and accurately, and bidFootball.co.uk cannot guarantee or force the completion of any transaction.

Do not assume that because an item is listed on bidFootball.co.uk it is legal. Each individual member accepts sole responsibility for their behaviour and all actions within the law applying to him or her.

General.

bidFootball.co.uk reserves the right to the cancellation of any item listed that does not fall into the criteria of this agreement, in breech of any applicable laws or for any technical reasons (including technical reasons of bidFootball.co.uk). bidFootball.co.uk where possible will provide individuals prior notice to cancellation but is not guaranteed.

bidFootball.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member’s account that is in breech of this agreement at any time. Any offenders who have found themselves in this situation must not reapply for registration without prior consent from bidFootball.co.uk.

Any right, claim, or action against any other user of bidFootball.co.uk is to be pursued independently of bidFootball.co.uk therefore releasing any employees or businesses associated with bidFootball.co.uk from all claims, liability, damages, loses all costs, and expenses known or unknown arising from any such right, claim or action.

bidFootball.co.uk reserves the right to monitor any listings in breech of any law. In doing so bidFootball.co.uk may acquire the services of other party’s databases including law enforcement agencies and historic data for checks.

All listings where the law permits are with the exemption of all liability from bidFootball.co.uk, its agent, or employees for all claim demands, completed and uncompleted items, or any item that is actually sold or supplied.

bidFootball.co.uk has set out in this user agreement its terms and conditions. If there are any unanswered questions or disputes that you may have bidFootball.co.uk encourages you to get in contact with our customer services department.

bidFootball.co.uk reserves the right to change this agreement or parts of it at any time and on doing so we will inform each member through bidFootball.co.uk homepage. Any new changes to the terms and condition will take effect four weeks later from the date of informing members, or on a given date by bidFootball.co.uk. On the occasion that any member wishes not to be governed by the new terms and conditions must cease membership and use of bidFootball.co.uk.

This user agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with English law and subject to the English courts

Please be aware that your country (including users outside the UK) may have laws, which apply to your transactions with other users regardless of this user agreement.
